Information We Collect

Bleacher Bar collects information you voluntarily provide when you use our website:

  • Contact and event inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, event details
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referral source (collected via Google Analytics)
  • Payment data: processed securely by third-party payment processors — we do not store credit card numbers

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to contact and event inquiry requests
  • To process reservations and private event bookings
  • To send marketing communications where you have provided consent
  • To improve our website and understand visitor behavior through analytics

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist with operations (email delivery, analytics, CRM)
  • Event management systems (e.g., Tripleseat) for processing private event inquiries
  • Legal authorities when required by law

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, Bleacher Bar may send you text messages about your inquiry or request and reply to texts you send us. If you tick the box to get event and menu news by text, Bleacher Bar also sends you recurring marketing text messages; that box is optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers that deliver our messages may process your number only to send them.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
